This project has been a labor of love from the beginning and we appreciate you finding value in our work.

SHIPPING

We are working with the best partners to ensure the packages arrive to you in excellent conditions and as timely as possible.

DoShit! is shipping from Spain and can be sent Worldwide (different rates apply to different territories as are specified at checkout).

International shipping surcharges due to COVID-19 have greatly impacted the ability to ship at a reasonable rate to certain areas. And even with how fast we wish shipments would travel to you, transit times are still being longer than pre-COVID times. We appreciate and thank you for your patience.

You will be notified by email when you order is sent along with a tracking number so you can be updated on the progress of your delivery.


INTERNATONAL BUYERS

All packages will be classified as 'merchandise' on the required customs label at their purchased value. We will not mark international packages as gifts (it's illegal!). Any customs charges, VAT fees, or other duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is returned because the buyer has declined to pay customs fees, VAT, duty taxes, or any other import charges necessary to receive international mail or has not claimed a package after delivery attempts, the buyer will be notified by email. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item(s) can be shipped again. If preferred, a refund may be issued minus a 20% re-stocking fee and minus the original shipping expenses.

RETURN POLICY

First and foremost we want you to be happy with your purchase. We put a great deal of effort into communicating the nature of our products through images and descriptions, but please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected] with questions or concerns regarding your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit as a result of mishandling by the shipping service) a refund may be possible. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please contact  [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the problem.
Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging.
